I'm changing where the menus take you
You might or might not even notice but I’m making the menus take you to the announcements page for each group instead of its discussions page since the announcements section is where you see the newest stuff. I think that will be really helpful. I’ve only done it for the Area menu at the moment, I’ll come back to the others later.

I feel like we could really lead by example if we stopped holding zoom meetings and just used the group to communicate continuously. What do y’all think?
Should we try moving all committee business to our group in unity hub and hold zoom meetings only when necessary?

How to schedule a Zoom meeting
Please note, you don’t need to use the zoom integration to hold zoom meetings, and they don’t happen “on the unity hub” even when you do. The benefit of the integration is easy scheduling and having the announcements and reminders posted and emailed to your group.

Quick question, do y’all want your own subgroup under Convention or just use the main Convention space? Either way, the zoom meeting scheduler is under the ‘zoom’ tab unless y’all plan on using a personal one again (if you use the Area one it won’t cut off at 40 minutes which is nice).

I hope to make it to our session. My service advisor indicated that the work should be finished on my vehicle by 15:00. Timing will be tight since I need to head out to Phoenix Theatre Company between 17:00 and 17:30.

Big Moves to Report!!
Wanted to give y’all a quick heads up. Two things:
1/ The licensing issue came back again, it is like a zombie!! I don’t want to be in a power struggle with these people in the name of CMA so I invited a couple of our fellowship godparents to contribute and we got a year of the fee covered. I will be activating that before the end of the week…

That’s quite a wild time, Mikester. I’m glad you were able to help get the licensing fees paid. I still haven’t seen if all of the Registration subcommittee members are on the Unity Hub.

Quick note, I incorrectly transcribed what I heard. Bryan is going to be 3rd wave w/ Kenny G, Neal and Jason are in for 2nd wave and I have since recruited Ashley for 2nd wave as well.
