Meeting Friday?
Hey y’all, do you want to do a quick zoom on Friday at our usual time (4pm I think, right?) just to touch base on what I/we are reporting at the Assembly as far as our game plan for Q3 and committee onboarding?
Sure. And since I will be there I can emphasize what is needed. So far, I have recommended that folks associate with the two committees I am on, for future use of the Zoom capability you have included.

@Ace is now the organizer for this group. That means he can moderate the group, give out moderator permissions to other people, change out the cover images, and adjust what permissions are available to everyone or only the mods/organizer. This is specifically about the convention group … members of unity hub workgroup also have sitewide… Read more

I just posted this to the main announcements, and wanted to call y’all’s attention to the convention committee group as well.
It’s important to join the groups that you’re in (homegroups and commitees) so that you can access those specific posts and conduct your consciousness activities. Secretaries and Treasurers can post their…

Welcome, Serenity Team!!
Hayyyy convention committee!! Looking forward to attending your meeting on 4/27 to answer questions about the hub and hopefully spread some excitement. Please be aware that social media has trained your brain to respond to the dopamine release that comes with notifications.
So if you log in, and there’s no activity, your brain labels it…

New onboarding strategy
It feels like going committee-by-committee and homegroup-by-homegroup might be a better strategy than trying to do an open invitation.
The reason I think so is because groups are the primary thing that generate activity, so onboarding as a group is a way to make sure it feels useful right away. If your whole committee isn’t here then how can…

I agree that committee by committee may be the best and easiest option. The 12 Step committee is so early in its formation. Our next meeting is 13 April, in person. Since Elisa has accepted the invite I invited her to the 12 Step Experience. Hopefully that will have a positive outcome. We don’t yet have a roster. Kat is “Registration,” so…

I think that sounds great.

Hey Serenity Team, over here!!
If you joined recently at Rob’s invitation, please look under the Area menu and find “Convention” and Join the group!! The primary way of interacting on the Unity Hub, just like in fellowship in general, is through the various homegroups and committees. All of them have a group in the menu that you can find and join!!
Once you’re in the…

Where do we go from here?
There are still five weeks until the assembly, and it doesn’t look like people are spontaneously using the invitation feature like we thought they might. That means we’re on here with about a dozen people and it’s totally dead, so there’s no activity for the testing to be even meaningful. And that’s fine, we mainly wanted to catch any…

Welcome Phase 3 test users!!
Please find your committees and homegroup and join them. It’s kind of quiet right now since we’re still in testing, but you should be able to get an idea of what it will be like when it’s active. Let us know what you think, if you have any questions, and feel free to use the invitation function if there’s someone you think should be here.

Thanks for the invite, I’m excited to check it out. 😊

My apologies for not responding earlier. I hope you are getting a chance to explore, here. Today we just completed inviting members of the Serenity Team (the 2026 Convention Committee) to begin using this platform for communication, including our Zoom sessions. Mikester has done a great job building this site.
