Starting a discussion thread for stuff we need to decide up front:
1/ What day/time do we want to meet?
2/ What district are we in?
3/ We need a paid zoom unless our meetings are going to be 40 minutes long 🤣

1) How about early afternoon on Wednesdays?

3) As for Zoom sessions, I’m not sure what we need to do.

Format is what kind of meeting, like speaker meeting, or god sticks, or big book study, or daily reflection, or whatever. And we implement it by writing the script that the facilitator uses to conduct the meeting. So the “format” process looks like creating that document together by coding our choices into the language of the script.
I’m checking with Amy and Irene via text on the timing stuff. Stay tuned.
