Thank you. I’m coordinating with Irene since Laura has suggested that Irene will have the information about the raffle ticket sales.

@rob Irene is not on the convention committee and the spreadsheet she’s keeping is not really for the committee. We lucked out because she was doing it as treasurer and was gracious enough to share it with us, but normally the registration officer makes their own. I can run a report of ticket sales on the 31st, that’s a non-issue.

@James / @rob OK the raffle is live at cmaaz.org/convention, just let me know when you need the report (like if you are actually going to write them out the night before or whatever) …. I can also put Rob on the email list for incoming orders so you can catch them as they come in if you want, then you’ll just have to reconcile with the final list to make sure you got them all, if you want that just let me know.

@Mikester I think well just need final name report on the 31st and Ill takr that from there.
Rob would just need to keep an on the list and be able give a gauge of total number of tickets sold at monthly meeting. Easy does it.
