Link to Registration Spreadsheet
Here is the live spreadsheet of registrations and payment plans. It is synced in real time whenever Irene edits it so this is always the latest and greatest information on registrations. This link is only viewable by Kat, Carole, Julie, and Irene so you need to be logged in with your Microsoft Outlook account.

My Microsoft is tied to my company corporate account, which im not going to view CMA related materials.
We could be using our CMA owned drive with shared sheets, which is the apropriate place for CMA Business items to live, so its not tied to a outside companies shared drive.
But thats neither here nor there.
Im going to shoot straight, as the chair I need ease of access to the information when Im looking for it. however the hell its done. I dont really care. But up to this point ive had to ask 4 different people for details of whose registered and what our counts are. I should be able to get from our registration chair.
If thats been simplified and I can get that info from Kat quickly and easily, then cool. If it hasnt: Keep it simple and help us know all the info we need to know to prepare and put on this event.

@James Since Irene is the one doing the entry and maintaining the sheet, she originated it in excel and I facilitated placing it on the onedrive that syncs to her laptop so that she can continue maintaining it without interrupting her workflow. It is her work laptop, installing Google Drive for syncing is not an option. By providing a sharing link we make it so anyone it is shared with can view it anytime they want. It does contain names and details about payment plans so having it be an open link to anyone who clicks didn’t feel appropriate so that’s why it is view only to those who need to see it. Kat, Carole, and Julie can see it right now, if anyone has a preferred outlook address instead of the one we had on file for them just let me know and I will update the sharing. This felt like the easiest way to meet everyone’s needs technologically.

Without getting into the weeds on debates on the other stuff which is rich with debate material.
I said what I said, since it makes everyone elses life easier. It hasnt made mine easier because Ive gotten false information on totals, and not been able to get information and current totals when I ask for it.
Its great that 4 total people not on the committee have had that info at their fingertips, but we couldnt get a current and updated report count at the committee.
Help make my life easier as the chair and make sure I have access to the information when I need it.
However it gets to me, I dont really care at the moment. Maybe later I will, but for now I have to lead registration pushes, make sure the committee is registeted and a whole bunch of other stuff up until the event I cant do without current information.
For now, it appears I should be able to get in a regular cadence with reporting from Kat because she has access now.
