Hayyyy convention committee!! Looking forward to attending your meeting on 4/27 to answer questions about the hub and hopefully spread some excitement. Please be aware that social media has trained your brain to respond to the dopamine release that comes with notifications.

So if you log in, and there’s no activity, your brain labels it “boring” and clicks on autopilot right back to wherever you normally scroll. That’s a catch-22 because the only way to start having activity here is if you DON’T DO THAT and instead start using it to communicate with your fellows.

Only we can give ourselves the gift of autonomy from outside enterprises by pushing through the discomfort of the unfamiliar. This is a spiritual act of reasserting our self-supporting nature. We can do this!! Please reach out to Rob or me if you have any questions before then.
