Raffle ticket sales for the 3-night stay.
Are these going to be “virtual tickets,” or are we issuing hard copy tickets with numbers?
How do you intend this to work, since I’m not familiar with this type of raffle? How do we randomly draw the winning ticket?
You have asked me to manage the list, which I am glad to do. Since I have to communicate with Mikester about the reporting, how often do you want this information? Weekly? Or?
I know you are looking for names and numbers of tickets sold. If we have to discuss this on Monday, so be it. We both know we don’t have much time left before the 31st.

Keep it simple.
No ticket virtual or hard copy. Their receipt will serve as ticket.
Just make sure we have a list who names of who bought tickets, how many they bought and a phone number.
Just gotta keep it current. No need for much weekly reports other than just a total number of tickets sold.
The raffle closes July 31st, then you give me the list. We write names on tickets and then record drawing the winner.
