I know your immediate priority is launching “Dev.” I don’t want to impact your project. Please get back to me when you have time, hopefully before the committee meets at 7:00pm on Monday.

You are aware of the information James has asked me to watch over/manage, specifically the 3-night room raffle. You have shared that you are awaiting the approval by us – the committee- for a formal release.

How do we capture the numbers of tickets sold, the names of those purchasing and the monies tendered? I saw that there will be notification of something (shall I guess this will be who has won the raffle?). Will there be a listing of this information that I can pass on to James and the committee? We do know that the raffle drawing is currently slated for 31 July.

And, as regards the Registration sales, most importantly, for Tier One, is there, or can there be a programatic instruction put in place to halt sales once 65 registrations have been sold? Kat has suggested that there isn’t. If I recall correctly, there is limited access to this information. Could you please give me access, as well?
