Keep it simple.
No ticket virtual or hard copy. Their receipt will serve as ticket.
Just make sure we have a list who names of who bought tickets, how many they bought and a phone number.
Just gotta keep it current. No need for much weekly reports other than just a total number of tickets sold.

When awarded do scholarships pay for the room or registration.
I understand that those who receive them are committed to service during the convention.

This is a question for the scholarships officer of whatever committee you’re talking about. I can only say that normally it’s for convention registration because that’s something we can actually give away free, whereas rooms we would have to pay for to give away.
