  You can subscribe/unsubscribe to individual discussion threads

  I like to stay on top of my notifications so I only get them for stuff that actually needs my attention. With discussion threads, here’s how that works.

  1/ If you’re the one starting the discussion, there’s a checkbox for whether you want notifications are not.

  2/ If you’re involved in the discussion and want to follow it, you can use the button at the right hand end anytime.

  3/ You can tell if you’re subscribed by observing the icons in the discussion list.

  Important: If you turn off all notifications for discussions, you won’t be able to do this.

  Also, these screenshots/instructions describe how this looks in a desktop browser. If you’re on a mobile browser, the equivalent controls will look a little different.
